Screening Process

Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical and behavioral interview by the Consultancy Evaluation Committee (CEC), comprising:

- Secretary/Joint Secretary CBC (Member)
- A nominee from the competent authority (Member)
The CEC will finalize the selection and maintain a reserve panel for one year.
Tenure for DoPT Recruitment 2025
- The engagement will be contractual for six months
- It may be extended as per the guidelines issued on 28.02.2025
- Either party can terminate the contract with one month’s notice
- If notice is not served, a one-month remuneration deduction will apply
