- Officers from Bihar Administrative Services (BAS) with at least 20 years of service. OR
- Retired IAS Officers. OR
- Retired BAS Officers at the level of Joint Secretary or above.
For Deputy General Manager (HR and Admin):
- Officers from Bihar Administrative Services (BAS) with at least 12 years of service. OR
- Retired IAS Officers. OR
- Retired BAS Officers at the level of Deputy Secretary or above.
Note: Officers retiring on 31.03.2025 are also eligible to apply.
