Eligibility Criteria & Document Submission

• Candidates must meet the required qualifications as of the last application date.
• Self-attested photocopies of educational and experience certificates must be attached.
• If applying for multiple posts, separate applications and fees must be submitted for each.

Application Fee & Payment Details

• General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 750/-
• Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 500/-
• Payment should be made via Demand Draft in favor of: “STATE HEALTH SOCIETY MAHARASHTRA – OTHERS”
• Applications without a valid demand draft will not be considered.
