Eligibility Criteria for BOB Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
Candidates applying for the BOB Financial Literacy Counsellor post must meet the following educational requirements:
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Postgraduate degree in:
- Agriculture
- Veterinary Science
- Sociology
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Should be well conversant with the local language.
- Must possess teaching and computer skills.
- Should have sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investments, pensions, finance, and law.
Experience Required:
Applicants should meet one of the following experience criteria:
- Ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Nationalized Bank, RRB, or Private Bank.
- Candidates with minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
- Business Correspondent (BC) or BC Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Ex-RSETI Director with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or Faculty with 5 years’ experience.
Age Limit for BOB Recruitment 2025
As per the official notification, the maximum age limit for the Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLCs) post should not exceed 64 years.
Salary Structure for BOB Recruitment 2025
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration as follows:
- Basic Salary: ₹18,000/- per month
- Conveyance Allowance: Up to ₹5,000/- (based on the number of meetings/camps conducted per month)
- ₹3,000/- for conducting less than 10 camps per month
- ₹5,000/- for conducting more than 10 camps per month
- Total Monthly Salary: ₹23,000/-
