Eligibility Criteria for HSCL Recruitment 2025
Age Limit
- The upper age limit for applicants is 45 years.
- Age relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines
- Maximum age with all relaxations should not exceed 50 years.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Fireman
- Qualification: Pass in SSLC.
- Training: Minimum 4-6 months training in Fire Fighting from a recognized institute OR Certificate in NBCD (Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence and Damage Control).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in fire-fighting operations.
- Desirable: Good communication skills and knowledge of Hindi/Bengali.
Semi-Skilled Rigger
- Qualification: Pass in IV Standard.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in rigging, with at least 2 years in handling heavy machinery/equipment.
- Desirable: Knowledge of splicing work of wire ropes.
Scaffolder
- Qualification: Pass in X Standard.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in general structural scaffolding.
- Desirable: Good communication skills and knowledge of Hindi/Bengali.
Contract Tenure for HSCL Recruitment 2025
The selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 5 years, subject to project requirements and individual performance.
Salary Structure for HSCL Recruitment 2025
