• Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Management/Survey Analysis, Geo-tagging, Mapping Data, etc.
• Government officers scheduled to retire within one year may also apply and will be placed on a panel for future hiring.

For Non-Retired Candidates:

• Must hold an MBA degree with 10 years of experience in Land Management/Asset Monetization.
• Preference for candidates with experience in ministries handling coordination with Central/State Governments, Revenue & Land Management, Asset Monetization, and Surveys.
• Experience working with reputed private/international companies is a plus.
• Ability to handle monetization independently and coordinate with Government Departments and Private Consultants.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in computer applications, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Age Limit for MHA Recruitment 2025

• Retired Govt. Employees: Should not exceed 64 years.
• Other Candidates: Should not exceed 45 years.
