The candidate must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience Requirement

- At least 23 years of post-qualification experience in Company Secretarial Compliances in Government, Public, or Private Sector Companies, with a minimum of 10 years in a large-scale company.
- Thorough knowledge of Institutional Finance, Company Law, Corporate and Secretarial Functions.
- Well-versed with Companies Act, SEBI Rules & Regulations.
- Experience in handling Board Matters, organizing Board Meetings, and presenting Board Memoranda/Agendas.

- Must have at least 7 years of experience in a listed company.

For Candidates from Private Sector:
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in a listed company in an executive role.
- Overall 23 years of relevant experience in Company Secretarial Compliances.
Salary and Benefits for NTPC Recruitment 2025
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 2,80,000 per month, with six increments on the starting basic pay. Additional benefits include:
