Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2025
The selection process consists of two stages:
1. Shortlisting
- Merely fulfilling the minimum experience criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
- A shortlisting committee will determine the criteria and shortlist candidates accordingly.
- The bank’s decision regarding shortlisting is final and binding.
2. Interaction (Interview)
- The interaction round carries 100 marks.
- Qualifying marks for the interaction will be decided by the bank.
- The merit list will be prepared in descending order based on interaction scores.
- If multiple candidates score the same, the older candidate will be given preference in the merit list.
