Who Can Apply for SFIO Recruitment 2025?

The recruitment is open for officers from the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.

Education & Experience Requirements

1. Additional Director (Capital Market)

• Qualification: CA/CS/CFA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) from a recognized university
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in capital market regulation or merchant banking
• Desirable: Law degree; expertise in investigation tools

2. Joint Director (Investigation)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in economic law enforcement and intelligence collection
• Desirable: Law/Commerce/Economics degree; experience in prosecution procedures

3. Deputy Director (Corporate Law)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline + LLB with 2 years of Corporate Law experience
  • OR 5-year integrated LLB with 3 years of Corporate Law experience
• Desirable: Experience in evidence collection and legal prosecution
