DIC Recruitment 2025:

The Digital India Corporation (DIC) is inviting applications from eligible and motivated candidates for the positions of Head SeMT, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. A total of 32 vacancies are available for these roles. The positions are being offered on a contractual basis for a period of 2 years. Candidates selected for the post of Head SeMT will receive a CTC of Rs. 37 lakh per annum, while those selected for the Senior Consultant role will receive Rs. 30 lakh per annum. For the Consultant role, the CTC will be Rs. 20 lakh per annum. Applicants should note that the maximum age limit for all positions is 55 years.

• Desirable Certifications:
  • Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, ISO 27001, or emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Big Data, etc. (courses must be a minimum of 6 months in duration).
  • Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Government programs such as Digital India or e-Governance.
• Experience:
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or implementation, especially in e-governance, Digital Transformation, or large-scale IT projects.
  • A minimum of 8 years managing the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects, including conceptualization, design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience in managing at least two public procurement or bid management cycles.

Senior Consultant:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent in relevant technical fields from a recognized institution.
  • Post-Graduation: M.Tech / M.S. / MBA or equivalent in related disciplines.
• Desirable Certifications:
  • Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile frameworks, or other comparable certifications in Project or Program Management (minimum of 6 months duration).
  • Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, ISO 27001, or emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Big Data, etc.
  • Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Government programs like Digital India or e-Governance.
• Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or implementation, particularly in e-governance, Digital Transformation, or large-scale IT projects.
  • At least 3 years managing the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects, including conceptualization, design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience in at least one project involving technologies like Big Data Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, IoT, Enterprise Architecture, GIS, Drone Technology, or Cloud Computing.

Consultant:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent in relevant technical fields from a recognized institution.
• Desirable Certifications:
  • Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile frameworks, or other comparable certifications in Project or Program Management (minimum of 6 months duration).
  • Post-Graduation: M.Tech / M.S. / MBA or equivalent in related fields.

Salary for DIC Recruitment 2025:

Candidates selected under DIC Recruitment 2025 will receive the following CTC based on their respective positions:

Salary increment will be calculated as follows:

• A 10% hike on the current CTC or a maximum of 37 LPA, whichever is lesser.
• A 10% hike on the current CTC or a maximum of 30 LPA, whichever is lesser.
• A 10% hike on the current CTC or a maximum of 20 LPA, whichever is lesser.

Tenure for DIC Recruitment 2025:

The tenure for DIC Recruitment 2025 will be on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for a duration of two years under the Capacity Building Scheme Phase III.
